We are pleased to announce our first recommended employer: A. O. Smith Water Products in Ashland City Tennessee. This recommendation is based on reports of a very good relationship with employees. There are many employees that have left for other jobs only to come back to A. O. Smith. The work is hard; the conditions can be uncomfortable; and extra hours are often required. Nevertheless the company has an unusually large number of employees with over twenty years employment. These people came back because they feel appreciated. The primary reason is the respect and friendship of the management. People are treated with humanity and management shows a real friendliness toward all people. If you are willing to work hard to get your work done and you like to be treated as a valid person, this could be a place for you.
